Delivery Information

We will be closing on the 19th of June- reopening on the 4th of July. Last orders must be placed before 9am on 19th of June. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped on our return. All orders will be made/ shipped in numerical order when we reopen. 

All headwear ordered on the website is usually posted the same day. As all the hair items on the website is made to order we ask that you allow 10 working days for your order to be dispatched, although this is usually much sooner. We understand that sometimes you may need your item sooner than anticipated, in this instance please contact us. We will never leave you without anything.

All hair products are exempt from next day delivery as these are made to order items. 

Please ensure that your item is eligible for next day delivery before opting for this service. Otherwise your item will be shipped using the next day delivery method when it is ready. 

We post Monday- Friday using royal mail. Other courier services are available on request.
