Returns Policy

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to exchange for either an alternative item or receive a refund less the cost of shipping and gift boxes.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Items contaminated with perfume, makeup or cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.

We will not be held responsible for items lost in the post when being returned.

We advise that you request proof of postage at your post office as claims can not be processed without this. 

Buyers are responsible for any returns postage cost.

Due to the nature of bespoke headscarves and hats - made to clients exact head measurements, unfortunately these cannot be refunded or exchanged but where sizing is an issue we will happily alter the product free of charge.

Easy and trouble free returns

Hi Ciara, unfortunately Mum felt the items just didn't suit her, she just wanted me to say thank-you for making the returns process so straight forward we thought it was all easy and we had no problems at all.
